As a registered training organisation, Sea World Resort and Water Park provides a number of young people with the opportunity to gain firsthand hospitality industry experience. These annual programs help participants secure full‐time employment.

School based, part‐time and full‐time traineeships and apprenticeships are available that will earn you qualifications while getting paid.

Tiffany Fitness, an ex‐trainee from Sea World Resort, has proved that dedication, hard work and lots of smiles can get you ahead in the industry. Promoted to Food and Beverage Captain in 2007, she has come a long way since beginning her career as a school based trainee at the resort in 2003. After graduating with a Certificate III in Hospitality, Tiffany was awarded a part‐time position in the Food and Beverage Department. She proved to be an outstanding employee and quickly moved to a full time role, she has been recognised with both Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year nominations.
